The powdered form of food is ideal for small fry.

Nothobranchius species hatch without yolk sac. They need food from the very start of their short life.
This newly born N. korthausae is only 3 millimetres long.
It can not consume Artemia yet. However it can be fed with infusoria, microworms and Tropical Mikrovit.
For killifish vitamins are important. They help colour development, growth and maturing.

Smaller Corydoradinae species, like this C. hastatus, can be grown with their parents.
Tropical Mikrovit suits well for adult Corys too. The fish in the picture is only 7 mm long.
